rqive API

rqive.studio has a small public, read-only JSON API. No key is needed. Requests are rate limited per network address (about 120 reads a minute); a 429 response includes Retry-After.

Endpoints

• GET /api/catalog: every released track and release, with artists, length, date, cover art and Spotify, SoundCloud and Bandcamp links.
• GET /api/status: whether support payments and shared likes/comments are available.
• GET /api/social/likes: public like counts by track ID.
• GET /api/social/comments?thread=<track id>: up to 100 visible comments on a track, newest first.

Pages also return Markdown when requested with Accept: text/markdown. Posting likes or comments and support payments happen on the site only.
